Nicole's current hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8am-12pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm-5pm.
David's current hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 1pm-5pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-12pm.
Payments are due at the time of session and can be made by check, cash or card. During our initial consultation meeting(s), we will jointly determine a payment schedule. A free telephone consultation prior to the first in-person session is available when you schedule your first appointment.
We are on panel with Pacific Source and Blue Cross. If your health insurance carrier allows you to choose an out-of-network provider (usually a PPO plan), We are able to bill as out of network providers, please be aware though that this usually results in a higher copay for you. You will be responsible for your copayment (due at the time of service). Please check your coverage carefully. You can check the back of your insurance card for the phone number to call for mental health services.
