Cultural Adjustment

Difficulty readjusting after living abroad or having trouble adjusting to life in the US if you are from another country, missing home, feeling out of place, feeling stressed and lonely are some of the common experiences people feel when they are transitioning from one culture to another. Therapy can help to normalize the experience, give a place to explore struggles with out judgment and help find tools and ways to acculturate and stay connected to new and old values.
